We currently ship throughout South Africa, with options designed to suit your needs.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all local orders of R1,250 or more (excluding digital items and gift cards).
Your order will automatically qualify for free shipping once your cart total reaches the minimum amount.
Standard Local Shipping
For orders under R1,250, a flat shipping rate of R115 (door to door) applies.
This rate covers reliable delivery anywhere within South Africa, with full tracking provided once your parcel ships.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once dispatched, deliveries take 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may vary slightly.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Additional Information
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- Digital items (such as e-gift cards) are delivered instantly via email - no physical shipping required.
