We want you to love everything you buy from Fitbury Active. If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’re here to help make it right.
If you purchased from fitburyactive.co.za and your item is still in its original condition, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it.
The Return Courier will be at your cost (R105), but we'll deliver your product in exchange at no cost.
Items Eligible for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be in resaleable condition
You can exchange any eligible item within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Personalised or custom-made products (if applicable) are not eligible for exchange.
- Sale items can only be exchanged for another size (if available) or returned for store credit.
Fitbury Active reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If an item is not in original condition or does not meet our exchange requirements, it may be sent back to you. This ensures fairness to all customers and helps us maintain the highest product standards.
How to Exchange an Item
To start an exchange, you have two options.
1. Via e-mail: please contact our support team at info@fitburyactive.co.za.
Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your exchange.
Once your request has been approved, please schedule a courier and share the waybill with us (courier at your cost).
2. Via the shop: please purchase the "Product Exchange" item & submit details.
When your item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to confirm it’s in its original condition (unworn and unwashed). Please allow 2–7 business days from the time we receive your parcel for your exchange to be processed. We’ll email you as soon as it’s completed.
Refund & Exchange Terms

No refunds are available.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt, payment confirmation email, or gift receipt) is required.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact info@fitburyactive.co.za immediately so that we can arrange a replacement.
Conditions That Do Not Qualify for Return/Exchange
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for an exchange:
- Normal wear and tear from use or washing
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or negligence
- Alterations or modifications made to the product
- Items that match their product description but don’t meet personal expectations (e.g., fit or colour preference)
- Worn or missing care labels or tags
Sale Items
Sale and promotional items may be exchanged for another size (if available).
All exchanges must meet standard exchange conditions - unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Store credits or gift cards issued for exchanged sale items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through Fitbury Active are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They can be redeemed on any product online at fitburyactive.co.za and remain valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
